Important Announcement:  
Due to an almost zero sign up for the "Optional Meal Plan", Shady Pines Campground has unfortunately cancelled the Optional meals. Shady Pines requires about 40 people per meal to sign up and they only had one or two for just part of the meal plans. Therefore the two or three people who signed up for the optional meals will get a full refund.  

We are sorry for this inconvenience but the small number of people who signed up just didn't make it feasible to do the optional meals. However, all seven Club Registration provided meals are still a go (Friday night dinners, Saturday Pizzas, Spaghetti dinner, and the two breakfasts).  

Also, we would ask all our participants who have yet to get your Club Registration Forms and Checks mailed out to do so this week so we can have the proper time to get all this to the bank and get your badges & meal coupons pulled together for you before we go to SSP.

Campsite Registration:	Campsite Registration Fee Starts: March 1st 2011 Call Shady Pines campgrounds directly to register for a campsite at: (413) 743-2694 March 1st - March 31st is campsite registration only for people who attended SSP 2009 and want the same campsite they had last year. April 1st - August 6th is campsite registration for everyone else, for all remaining campsites. (FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED)*
Campsite Costs:	*(March 1st - April 30th 2011) Two Adults Per Night - $31.50 Kids 7 - 17 Yrs. Old Per Night - $2.70 Kids 6 Yrs. & Under - Free (May 1st - August 14th 2011) Two Adults Per Night - $35.00 Kids 7 - 17 Yrs.
